Moscow, 24 June 2025 – 5Post, a subsidiary of X5 Group (“X5”, MOEX: “X5”), announced the acquisition of Internet Logistika LLC and Topdeliverysoft LLC, which operate under the TopDelivery brand – a courier service for online retailers.
This partnership will enable 5Post to offer a new door-to-door delivery service in the regions where it operates. At present, the company delivers orders to 5Post parcel lockers and to checkout counters at Pyaterochka and Perekrestok stores. Analysts believe that the new service could increase customer traffic by 25% by attracting new users.
TopDelivery became 5Post’s partner of choice due to its stability, extended network of delivery partners across Russia and high-quality operational processes, all of which lay a solid foundation for further scaling the business. The former owners of the company will continue to manage the business as CEOs of the acquired entities, ensuring a seamless scale-up and synergy with 5Post’s operations.
The partnership with TopDelivery is a key contributor to 5Post’s strategic growth, which is aimed at strengthening its market position, and is one of the main drivers behind efforts to launch and expand 5Post’s own courier delivery service. Growing online sales have fuelled demand for high-quality logistics solutions, including courier delivery as a complement to the self pick-up option.

5Post’s plans for 2025 include offering courier delivery services to partners in 64 Russian regions, with orders fulfilled in Moscow. In 2026, the company aims to expand its fulfilment and delivery geography and tap into the C2C segment. By the end of the year, 5Post plans to onboard current and new partners for courier delivery, use its own long-haul road transportation network to optimise regional delivery costs and timelines, and leverage its logistics infrastructure to scale up the service.
