The Supervisory Board (the “Board”) of X5 Retail Group N.V. (“X5” or the “Company”) today announced that on 15 March Hervé Defforey has resigned as chairman of the Board for personal reasons. The Board has appointed Dmitri Dorofeev, a current Board member and chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration committee, as the new Chairman.
