(“X5” or the “Company”), a leading Russian food retailer (LSE ticker: “FIVE”), announced today the results of the Company’s Annual General Meeting of shareholders (“AGM”) held on 25 April 2014. All of the resolutions proposed at the AGM were approved by the shareholders and holders of global depository receipts.
