X5 Retail Group N.V. results of EGM

Amsterdam, 29 October 2008 – X5 Retail Group N.V., Russia’s largest retailer in terms of sales, today announced that all the proposed resolutions were passed by the shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 29 October 2008.
