X5 Retail Group, the largest Russian food retailer by sales volume, filed a statement of claim at the Krasnodar Krai Arbitration Court about OOO Favorit, a franchising partner of the company’s in Krasnodar. The suit addresses the eviction of OOO Favorit from three illegally occupied commercial spaces owned by X5 and the recovery of debts owed by OOO Favorit for leasing these spaces.
