X5 Retail Group N.V., (“X5” or the “Company”), Russia’s largest retailer in terms of revenue (LSE ticker symbol: FIVE), and multinational financial services corporation Mastercard, announced the launch of a pilot project, based on the innovative MasterCard PayPass® technology, in select Perekrestok supermarkets. The stores participating in the project are located in Moscow (Kutuzovsky prospect 88) and Saint-Petersburg (Maliy Prospect 88a).
