Moscow, 22 April 2026 – X5 strengthened its leadership in FMCG logistics in 2025, according to a ranking by INFOLine. The Company secured first place for total logistics space, with 2,124 thousand sq m. It also retained its top position for the number of logistics facilities, totalling 83, and posted the largest absolute growth in logistics infrastructure, adding 11 new facilities with a total area of 169.1 thousand sq m.
According to a review of the largest FMCG chains by logistics infrastructure, X5’s stronger market position was driven mainly by organic logistics expansion and format synergy within the group. In 2025, X5 opened a shared distribution centre for Pyaterochka and Chizhik in the Kemerovo Region, and launched five proprietary and five partnership facilities. The Company also began building ten distribution centres for completion in 2026–2027. A key milestone was the launch of X5’s first logistics facility in the Khabarovsk Region. By the end of 2025, X5 operated 83 distribution centres across 75 Russian regions.
