X5 Retail Group N.V. (‘X5’ or the ‘Company’), a leading Russian food retailer (LSE ticker: ‘FIVE’), announced today the signing of a letter of intent (the ‘Letter’) between Pyaterochka, the Company’s proximity format, and Rostelecom.
